Who is Club Catalyst right for?  

Club Catalyst is for you if you're already inside the Club, you're doing the work, and you're ready to stop guessing. You don't necessarily need more to do—you need to know that what you're doing is right for you. If you've ever finished a content plan or a strategy session and thought "okay, but what does this mean for my specific situation?"—that's exactly who Catalyst is for. Less second-guessing, faster results, personalized to you.

If you've been implementing the Club's strategies but want someone reviewing your specific content, profile, or plan each month and telling you exactly what to focus on next, this is your tier. 

Why is it only $297/month?  

Catalyst is intentionally priced to make ongoing 1:1 support accessible on a monthly basis, instead of a one-off high-ticket program. By offering this as a recurring tier rather than a single launch, Shelby can give more consistent, hands-on feedback over time. This replaces what used to be a separate accelerator program, bringing that level of personal mentorship into the Club at less than the original cost.

How long do I have access to the membership?  

You have access to Club Catalyst for as long as you're a paying member. You can downgrade back to Club Core any time, pause your membership for 1-2 months if you need a break, or cancel your membership entirely, any time. There are no lock-ins or contracts. If you cancel through your student portal, you'll keep access through the end of your current billing cycle, and after that, you won't be charged again or have further access to the membership content.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?  

Because you are a current Club member, refunds are not available when you upgrade. You can cancel anytime, downgrade back to Club Core anytime, or pause your membership if you need a break.

Monthly Strategy Sprint

At the start of each month, you fill out a short intake form about where you're at and what you're working on. I review it personally and send you a Voxer voice note with your specific focus for the month—a lesson, a task, a direction to go in. You do the work, I give you feedback. It's the difference between knowing what to do and actually knowing what you should do next. 

Two private content audits per month

Submit any piece of content—a post, a profile, a landing page, an email, an opt-in form—and I'll send you a detailed Voxer voice note review within 72 business hours. Private, specific, and built entirely around your work. 

Weekly Voxer Office Hours

Send me questions or voice notes anytime during the week, and every Tuesday I respond personally via private voice note. Every message you send gets a real answer from me—not a template, not a generic tip. 

Quarterly private profile deep dive

Once a quarter (starting in your first month!), I do a full review of one of your platforms and record a comprehensive private video walking you through exactly what I'd change and why. You'll walk away with a clear picture of what's working, what's not, and what to focus on next.

Because this includes direct, personal time with Shelby each month, Catalyst is intentionally capped at 10 members.
